What do UK Scouts Volunteers do?
Our national volunteers do all sorts of amazing things to ensure our local Scout groups can have fun and run safely!
From shaping our national strategy to supporting everyone’s adventures in the UK and abroad to developing exciting programmes, our national volunteers truly make a huge impact
Every role plays a part in building a brighter future for young people. Whether you're leading a team, solving problems behind the scenes, or helping others shine – you’re making Scouting happen.

Everyone’s welcome! Whether you’re new to Scouts or have years of local experience under your belt, there’s a place for you on our national team. Some roles may need specific skills or experience, but don’t worry – we’ll help you find a match that suits your passions and talents.
