How often should a Local Awards Advisory Group meet?
There are four deadlines throughout the year for submitting lower Good Service award decisions that can be made locally.
There are also four deadlines throughout the year for submitting higher Good Service award nomination forms where the award can only be decided by the NAAG.
In addition to this, there are six deadlines throughout the year for submitting Meritorious Conduct, Gallantry, Cornwell Scout Badge and Chief Scouts Personal Award nomination forms where again, the awards can only be decided by the NAAG.
LAAGs should plan their schedule of meetings to support the Commissioner in meeting these deadlines.
