Appointment Review Form
There is an official document for your formal review called the AR form (appointment review form) on the website.
At present, the completed form is returned to the District Appointments Secretary with a recommendation to reappoint, reassign, or retire. This is then taken to the Appointments Committee for review.
The purpose of this meeting is to ensure that an appropriate Appointment Review process has been followed, and that the recommended outcomes are being actioned.
