Know what to expect next
If they haven't already, a local volunteer will be in touch shortly to welcome you to Scouts and chat through what’s right for you
You'll also be matched with a local volunteer manager who'll help you:
- Get to know your local group or team
- Understand what learning you need to complete
- Cover everything you need you to do before joining – including the disclosure and appointment process all volunteers go through
- Check in with you on an ongoing basis
