Reviewing the nights away

Reviewing the nights away

Reviewing and reflecting on your nights away is good for both volunteers and young people. It'll help develop ideas and make your next nights away experience even better!

Leadership Team

Spend some time together as a volunteer leadership team to reflect on the camp. Think about what went well and what could be better. This doesn’t need to be formal meeting, it can be over a brew and a biscuit!

Check that all the volunteers happy with their roles, if the timings right or everyone had everything they needed. Happy volunteers make for a happy night away.

Young people

Engaging the young people in review of camp will help make sure they're getting the best possible experience. Depending on the ages of the young people will depend on how you might do this. Try our activities, The movement map and Express yourself, to get young people excited on giving their thoughts.
