About the World Scout Jamboree and the UK Contingent
The World Scout Jamboree is a global Scouting event that brings together young people and volunteers from across the world to share cultures, make international friendships, and take part in an exciting programme of activities. Held roughly every four years since 1920, the next Jamboree will take place in Gdańsk, Poland, in summer 2027.
The UK Contingent brings together all those representing the UK at the Jamboree. Supported by a volunteer and staff leadership team, the Contingent works to ensure a well prepared, informed, and positive journey for everyone involved.
