Accessing learning offline

Our digital learning was designed to be easy to use and accessible for everyone. It gives volunteers the best learning experience.

If volunteers don’t have any access to the internet and it’s not possible to support them with accessing our digital learning in any other way, you can offer them an offline workbook for Safety and Safeguarding learning.

To request the workbook, Volunteering Development Team Leaders or Team Members need to email the Support Centre and provide:

  • Their name and membership number.
  • The name, membership number and District of the volunteer completing the workbook.

The Support Centre will share the workbook with you.
