If the learning you want to complete doesn't appear on your overview page, you'll first need to assign a skill to your profile

On the learning course page, under start learning:

  1. Click the box with the name of the learning chunk to start the learning course.

A new window will open. Click ‘Select to start’, and use the arrows on the bottom right to progress through the learning.

What happens next: Once you complete all the items in a learning course, the status automatically changes to completed and this learning will no longer appear on ‘the learning you need’ section of your overview page.

If the learning you want to complete doesn't appear on your overview page, you'll first need to assign a skill to your profile

If the learning you need to complete is marked as cancelled, please wait a week and check if it becomes available.

We're experiencing some issues when learning showing as cancelled is preventing volunteers from enrolling and completing the course.

We are running a weekly process to clear learning cancellations. If after a week you still can't access it, contact Support Centre.
