Session summary

In the final week you'll practice everything you've learned and have a go at preparing some food of your own, a tasty salad, some burgers and fruit skewers.

Safety message

  • Always complete a register at the start of the meeting to record who is present.
  • Activities start when the first person arrives and end when the last person leaves, including leaders and their children.
  • Check the space is for hazards, keep the exits clear, and know the location of the nearest first aid kits.
  • Maintain and keep medical records up to date, check for any allergies or intolerances, this way you can plan to have the right resources.
