Start by signing in to scouts.org.uk.
On your welcome page:
1. Click ‘My membership’.
On the left-hand side menu (if you’re using a phone, click the menu button on the top right):
2. Click 'Awards'.
3. Click 'My awards'.
4. Click 'My awards list'.
On the 'My awards' page:
5. Click the award to check the details.

Start by signing in to scouts.org.uk.
On your welcome page:
1. Click ‘My membership’.
On the left-hand side menu (if you’re using a phone, click the menu button on the top right):
2. Click 'Awards'.
3. Click 'Browse awards'
On the 'Browse awards' page:
4. Click 'Nominate'.
On the 'Nominate award' page:
5. Type the volunteer's name or membership number into the search box.
6. Click 'Search'.
7. Select 'Nominee' from the list
8. Click 'Next' at the bottom of the page.
On the 'Nominate' page:
9. Type your comments into the text boxes.
If you'd like to add a supporting document, click 'Upload attachment', type the 'Attachment description', click 'Browse', select a document from your device and click 'Open'.
10. Type a 'Citation' into the box.
11. Click 'Submit to supporter/approver' or click 'Save' to continue the nomination at another time.
You’ll find your saved nominations by clicking 'Awards' on the left-hand side menu (if you’re using a phone, click the menu button on the top right), then click 'Nominate someone' and click the nominee from the list.
What happens next: My membership notifies the supporter/approver of the nomination.
If you can't find the nominee from the list, this might be because their visibility settings don't allow anyone outside their hierarchy to search them. Check the Personal details and preferences guide to learn how to change the visibility settings.
Alternatively, you can request that another volunteer who's part of the nominee's hierarchy to nominate them.

4. Click the nominee's name to view the award nomination details, or to continue a saved nomination.

3. Click ‘Manage nominations’.
On the ‘Manage nominations’ page:
4. Click the nominee’s name from the list.
On the ‘Details’ page:
5. Click ‘Next’ at the bottom of the page.
On the ‘nominee’ page:
6. Click ‘Approver/Supporter Comments’ to fill in the form.
Under the ‘Approver/Supporter Comments’ section:
7. Select an option from the ‘Multiple location’ dropdown menu.
8. Type your supporting statement into the box.
9. Click ‘Add attachment’, then type the attachment description into the box.
10. Click ‘Browse’, select your document and click ‘Open’.
11. Click ‘Citation’ to continue filling in the form or click ‘Save’ to continue the nomination later.
Under the ‘Citation’ section:
12. Type your citation into the box.
13. Tick the box to confirm the details you have inputted are correct.
14. Click ‘Support/approve’ or ‘Not supporting/approving’.
What happens next: If the nomination is approved, My membership notifies UK Headquarters Scouts Award Team for further checks and processing.
