Being Awesome IST
You'll get an insight into the role of IST, the unsung heroes of WSJ making the magic happen. Explore what the role entails and how to make the most of your opportunity by "working hard and playing smart"
International Understanding
The session will give you confidence in understanding other cultures, foster curiosity, and prepare you to represent UK Scouting positively while working and socialising in a highly international environment.
Be at Your Best
Tips and tools for staying well at the WSJ — managing stress, spotting the signs in yourself and others, and supporting each other.
Building Resilience
Participants will explore ways to build resilience individually and as part of the wider IST, co‑creating a shared resilience toolkit while strengthening connections across diverse backgrounds and expertise.
