25th World Scout Jamboree

The World Scout Jamboree takes place in South Korea in Summer 2023

The World Scout Jamboree is a World Organization of the Scout Movement (WOSM) event, attended by tens of thousands of Scouts from around the world aged 14 to 17. It happens every 4 years, each time hosted by a different country.

The next World Scout Jamboree takes place in South Korea in Summer 2023, and UK scouts who will be aged 14-17 years old may be lucky enough to attend as part of the UK Contingent.

Want to go on an adventure?

Becoming a member of the UK Contingent is a long term commitment. Attendees will engage in pre-event activities, preparing, learning, and getting to know other UK scouts, then travel to the main event in Summer 2023.

UK Scouts from all walks of life are welcome. Watch this space for important updates, and tell your local scout leader if you're thinking about attending as a participant.

Thinking about volunteering?

It takes lots of adult volunteers to pull off a successful World Jamboree trip

We need keen planners for the Contingent Management Team, supportive Unit Leaders to lead Explorer Scouts, and go-getters for the International Service Team who run the Jamboree activities on-event.
