We know there is much more we could write about setting up an effective grants programme, and we will add to this over time, but we hope this gives you a good starting point. Remember that as the District or County Executive and as charity Trustees, you need to decide how to implement a grants programme for yourself. No doubt there will be other issues you need to consider that have not been covered here. But the opportunity now is to unlock some of those funds that we have held onto for a long, long time, and use them to make a huge difference to the young people and adults who could benefit from them the most.
