Completing a national honour nomination

Completing a national honour nomination

You'll need to supply a detailed explanation as to why you're nominating the individual, along with:

  • Their full name (and any post-nominal letters), age, address and contact details.
  • A full record of their Scout service (the UK Headquarters Awards Team can provide support with this if required).
  • Details of any Scout/Civil awards held or other recognition received.
  • At least two supporting letters from people who know them personally to back up the nomination.
