Welcoming and supporting adults
Take a look at the info below that follows up from your Volunteer Recruitment Webinar: Welcoming and Supporting Adults.
The recruitment cycle
Volunteer recruitment should be an ongoing process, with no start or end point.
Our Volunteer Recruitment Webinars cover the six steps of the recruitment cycle to help you prepare, find, welcome and support new adults as they begin their volunteer journey.
In session 3, we covered 'Give a warm welcome and support' and 'Keep going and adapt'
Recruitment planning
Boost your success with a recruitment plan by focusing your activities, assigning tasks and setting review dates.
