UK Attraction & Recruitment Team Leader
Join our UK Scouts volunteer team
Equal opportunities
Scouts is an equal opportunity recruiter. We're committed to diversity and actively seeking applicants from a wide range of backgrounds, in particular, Black, Asian and ethnic minority communities.
About the role
As UK Attraction & Recruitment Team Leader, you’ll help shape the future of volunteering in Scouting by inspiring and supporting a team of volunteers to deliver meaningful, high-impact work. You’ll lead and coordinate projects that strengthen the attraction and recruitment stages of the volunteer journey, helping ensure that more people feel welcomed, supported and motivated to join Scouting.
Working collaboratively with colleagues across our Growth, Communities and Perception teams, you’ll play a key role in developing and improving our national recruitment approaches. This includes shaping and enhancing recruitment resources, such as our online volunteering opportunities platform, and creating practical, user-focused solutions that support local Scouting teams to attract, recruit and welcome new volunteers.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys leading volunteers, influencing change at a national level and turning insight into action. You’ll have the opportunity to make a real impact by improving how people discover Scouting, engage with our values, and take their first steps into volunteering.

Our team is dedicated to creating an excellent, supportive and inspiring volunteer journey - from the very first moment someone thinks about getting involved.
