Tickets and security

A few weeks before the event, we'll send your tickets for getting into the event to your award holder. If you've not got your tickets two weeks before, please contact the Scout Support Centre at support@scouts.org.uk.

If you're watching the afternoon Review of Queen’s Scouts and King's Scouts in the Quadrangle, the admission time is printed on your ticket. Please queue outside the Admissions Centre at this time. You'll need the correct ticket to enter.

Personal security is important at Windsor. Please make sure you keep your bags on you, not leaving them unattended. Only bring your own items into the Castle grounds and don't bring anything for others, especially strangers. If you're bringing a mobile phone, please switch it off, or put it on silent. You'll pass through airport-style security gates on your way into Windsor Castle.

Water bottles and snacks are allowed.

Please don't bring any weapons with you into the Castle grounds, including penknives.
