Tickets and security

We'll send your tickets a few weeks before, which you'll need to get into the event. If you've not got your tickets two weeks before, please contact the Scout Support Centre at support@scouts.org.uk. 

We'll also send your tickets for the Gallantry, Meritorious Conduct and Cornwall Scout Badge award holders' reception in the afternoon at the Castle Hotel, 8 High St, Windsor, SL4 1ER. There's limited space, so you'll only be able to come with the correct ticket.

Personal security is important at Windsor. Please make sure you keep your bags on you, not leaving them unattended. Only bring your own items into the Castle grounds and don't bring anything in for others, especially strangers. If you're bringing a mobile phone, please switch it off, or put it on silent. You'll pass though airport-style security gates on your way into Windsor Castle.
