A guide on how to apply for and check minibus permits

Start by signing in to scouts.org.uk.
On your welcome page:
1. Click ‘My membership’.
On the left-hand side menu (if you’re using a phone, click the menu button on the top right):
2. Click 'Teams'.
3. Click 'My units'.
On the 'My units' page:
4. Click the ‘Unit name’.
On the left-hand menu (if you’re using a phone, click the menu button on the top right):
5. Click 'Minibus Permits'.
On the ‘Minibus permit’ page:
6. Click ‘Create minibus permit’.
On the ‘Create minibus permit’ page:
7. Type the ‘Address line 1’, ‘County’, ‘Country’ and ‘Postcode’ into the text boxes.
8. Type the ‘Date Permit is required for’ into the text box.
9. Click ‘Submit’.
A message will appear at the bottom of the page confirming that you've successfully submitted your permit application.
What happens next: The Support Centre contacts you to make arrangements for payment. Please wait to be contacted. You can check my minibus permit request if you want to confirm you correctly submitted your request.
Note: Use this guide if you've already applied for a minibus permit and you're waiting for the Support Centre to contact so you can make the payment.

3. Click 'Support centre requests'.
On the 'My requests' page:
4. Click your minibus request on the list.
What happens next: The Support Centre contacts you to make arrangements for payment. Please wait to be contacted.
