Matched giving is a corporate giving scheme, where an employer matches their employee's donation or donates for hours they've volunteered.

Speak to your employer to see if they run one!

How it works

You raise funds through an event, donation, volunteer hours or fundraising activity.

Check whether your employer has a matched giving scheme and ask them to match your fundraising amount.

Some employers can only send money to a national charity account. In these cases, the payment comes to Scouts HQ first.

Complete the matched giving claim form and tell us:

  • who raised the money
  • employer details
  • amount received
  • how the money was raised
  • which Scout bank account should receive it

Scouts HQ sends the funds directly to your local Scout Group, District, County or Region bank account.
