This module is for Training Advisers, Nights Away Advisers, Activity Advisers and Creative Activity Advisers and Assessors. It aims to provide them with knowledge about the schemes in which they will be assessing learners, and the skills they need to assess learning needs, support learners in meeting these, assess skills and knowledge and provide effective feedback to learners.
