Resources if you are a Training Manager

The resources below have been designed for Training Managers who wish to run support, guidance and update events for their Training Advisers. They can be used if you need some help with content for your TA event, want to get feedback from your TAs on certain things or want to give your TAs an opportunity to meet up and network with each other.

Resources if you are a Training Adviser

Training Advisers have an essential job in providing support to those undertaking training for their appointment in Scouting. Training Advisers with managerial experience, either with a Scouting role or externally, are able to become Training Advisers for Managers and Supporters to support and assess learners in their training for these key appointments.
