At Scouts, we want our volunteers to be able to support young people in an inclusive way. That's why we offer two core modules to help volunteers in their journey. If you already volunteer with us, you can speak to your training manager to find out more.
As part of our Volunteer Experience work, we're launching a new approach to learning at Scouts later in 2024. We'll be replacing the two current core modules in 'Creating Inclusion', and we'll introduce lots of new and exciting EDI learning!
Scouting for all
The module aims to help participants to develop a general understanding of inclusion topics and how to provide inclusive Scouting for all.

This module has a particular focus on exploring disabilities. It will help you gain a better understanding of how to facilitate and make reasonable adjustments in Scouts, in a way that’s constructive and effective.
