Lead change. Lift voices. Shape the future of Scouts.
Scouts is an equal opportunity recruiter. We're committed to diversity and actively seeking applicants from a wide range of backgrounds, in particular, Black, Asian and ethnic minority communities.
The UK Youth Lead helps make sure young people have a real voice in shaping Scouts. It’s a national role where you’ll work with volunteers, staff and Youth Leads across the UK to champion youth voice, support young leaders and help influence big decisions. You’ll be part of the UK Leadership Team, lead the UK Youth Team, connect with senior staff, and help create opportunities for young people to make a real impact on the movement.
If you’re passionate about helping young people shape their own experiences and you’re ready for a new challenge - this could be the role for you.
