As a member of the UK Inclusion Support Team, you’ll work alongside dedicated volunteers and staff, championing inclusion and helping leaders create positive experiences for every young person. If you’re committed to Scouting’s values and have the skills to support and influence others, we’d love to have you on board.

UK Inclusion Team
Welcome to the UK Inclusion Team - a passionate group of volunteers working to make Scouting truly inclusive. Our goal is to ensure every young person and adult, regardless of background or identity, feels they belong.
Scouting is about connection, adventure, and growth. While we’ve made progress, there’s still more to do to ensure everyone sees a place for themselves in our movement.
That’s where we come in. We support volunteers, share good practice, challenge barriers, and offer practical tools to make inclusion a natural part of Scouting. We’re excited about the difference we can make - together.
