Equal opportunities

Scouts is an equal opportunity recruiter. We're committed to diversity and actively seeking applicants from a wide range of backgrounds, in particular, Black, Asian and ethnic minority communities.

About the role

As a UK Cub Scouts Team Member, you will play an important role in supporting the UK Cub Scouts Team Leader to deliver a high-quality, engaging programme for young people aged 8–10. You will work closely with volunteers, gather feedback, and help ensure that our work continues to meet the needs of those delivering Cub Scouts locally. Your contribution will directly support the delivery of Scouts’ 2026–2035 Strategic Plan, helping more young people benefit from high-quality Scouting experiences.

As part of the team, you will be encouraged to develop projects from UKHQ guidance and your own ideas, building partnerships and supporting initiatives that strengthen the Cub Scouts programme across the UK.
