Session summary

Celebrate 40 years of Beavers with a creative, energetic, and thoughtful Saturday filled with crafts, challenges, and kindness.

Safety message

  • Plan in time to pack away and clear up camping equipment and items in a safe way, to avoid rushing and causing harm.
  • Encourage parents and carers to pick young people up on time and have a clear plan for what to do if a parent is late picking up.
  • Encourage volunteers to check in after returning home to ensure they are safe and well, especially if they are tired.
  • Check in with your InTouch person, once the sleepover has finished, so they can be informed and officially stand down from supporting the camp.
