Become a Wellbeing Champion and help #TearDownTheTaboo

Whether you’re 6 or 106, join us and become a Wellbeing Champion.

We’re creating 10,000 Wellbeing Champions: people who have committed to help tear down the taboo around mental health and do what they can to boost people’s wellbeing.

Wellbeing champion

In just three steps (learn, take action and log), anyone can become a wellbeing champion. Young people can get stuck in by themselves, without any leader support, and adults can get involved too! (If you’re under 13, you may need some help from a parent or carer to take part.)

We want to create a better tomorrow for everyone. Can you help us spread the word with young people, parents and volunteers? We’ve prepared a handy message that you could share:

Mental health is just as important as physical health and that’s why Scouts are creating Wellbeing Champions. These champions are committed to boosting their own and others wellbeing, helping us to #TearDownTheTaboo surrounding talking about mental health. Sound like something you’d be interested in?
