Welcome to Scouts

We are currently piloting a new support model for newly opened sections, to ensure new leadership teams are equipped with the information they need to run a fun and varied programme and keep their section open sustainably.

This hour-long webinar called 'Welcome to Scouts' will be delivered by Programme Delivery team members who will take you through the basic information that you need to know about opening a Scout Troop. 

Including:

• The basics of what a Scout Troop is
• The training available and ratios needed
• An overview on the programme
• Useful information about the context for young people in Scouts and further support available to you.
