Welcome to Scouts

We are currently piloting a new support model for newly opened sections, to ensure new leadership teams are equipped with the information they need to run a fun and varied programme and keep their section open sustainably.

This hour long webinar called 'Welcome to Scouts' will be delivered by Programme Delivery team members who will take you through the basic information that you need to know about opening a Scout Troop. 

Including:

• The basics of what a Scout Troop is
• The training available and ratios needed
• An overview on the programme
• Useful information about the context for young people in Scouts and further support available to you.
