Running your next Annual General Meeting (AGM)

Learn how to run your next AGM, explore best practice and find out about new resources.

Each year, every Scout Group, District and County must have an Annual General Meeting (usually called an AGM), within six-months of their financial year ending. This is to review the Trustees' report on the charity, the accounts, and other administrative business, such as appointing new Trustees.

An AGM doesn't have to be long and tedious, as long as it covers off the essentials. Our Local Governance Support Team are running this webinar to cover off all the essentials, and look at the best ways to run your AGM.

This webinar is running three times, so you need only sign up for one. The webinar is for anyone on a Trustee Board, but will be most useful to Chairs, Lead Volunteers, and anyone preparing for an AGM.
