Charlotte Thompson

Charlotte is the British Scouting Overseas Area Youth Lead, where she represents the voices of young people across the Area and supports a team of Youth Leads working in districts around the world.

She began her Scouts journey in Kuwait as part of the Middle East District of British Scouting Overseas and has continued to be involved ever since.

Outside of Scouts, Charlotte works in public health policy, bringing her passion for community impact and evidence-based decision-making into both her professional and volunteer roles.
