Base Location: Lancing, West Sussex
Term: Permanent
Salary: £37,800 per annum, Band F, Level 3
Hours: 35 hours per week - 5 days a week during probation then Hybrid options available
Line Management Responsibility: No
A bit about the role

As Senior Marketing Executive, you’ll have the opportunity to shape the future of marketing at Unity. You will lead the development and delivery of insight-led marketing plans, refine our brand positioning and messaging, manage integrated campaigns, and support sales and retention activity. You’ll also use data and insight to drive continuous improvement.
This role offers genuine autonomy and the chance to make a meaningful impact — owning key projects, developing your strategic capability and helping us better serve the charity sector.
