A bit about the role

The Production team at Scout Store is a friendly, supportive, and fast-paced team that works closely together to deliver high-quality orders efficiently. It's an exciting time to join, with expanding product ranges and the launch of a new bespoke printing service creating opportunities for growth and development.

As a Production Assistant, you'll play a key role in ensuring products meet quality standards and orders are completed on time. You'll gain hands-on experience with specialist printing and embroidery equipment, develop valuable technical and problem-solving skills, and have the satisfaction of seeing the tangible results of your work from start to finish. Strong teamwork and communication are essential, as you'll collaborate closely with colleagues across the business to help drive the department's success.
