Responsible to: Regional Growth Manager - Midlands
Department: Movement Support & Growth
Base location: Home-based with regular travel within the Midlands and occasional travel to Gilwell Park
Term: Permanent
Salary: £31,716 per annum, Band E, Level 3 , plus a car allowance.
Hours: 35 a week, evenings and weekends
Line management responsibility: N/A
A bit about the role
This is a home-based role within a collaborative and highly supportive team, where you'll have the opportunity to make a real impact. It's an exciting time to join as we're piloting new approaches to supporting volunteers, and you'll play a key role in developing innovative resources and tools to enhance their experience.
In this role, you'll see first-hand the difference your work makes by empowering volunteers to grow Scouting and create more opportunities for young people to participate. It's a rewarding opportunity to contribute to meaningful change and have a positive impact on both volunteers and the young people they support.
