Base Location: Scout Store, Lancing (with hybrid working)
Term: Permanent
Salary: £31,716 per annum, Band D, Level 3
Hours: 35 hours per week
Line Management Responsibility: No
A bit about the role
Join a small, collaborative team where you'll have the freedom to take ownership, test new ideas and help shape our ecommerce strategy.
This is an exciting time to join as we're preparing to launch a brand-new website, giving you the opportunity to be involved in user acceptance testing (UAT), launch activities and the rollout of new functionality.
You'll play a key role in improving the online customer journey, with a direct impact on website conversion, average order value and sales that help fund Scouting. Working closely with our external website agency and internal teams, you'll help shape the future of our ecommerce platform while learning, influencing and making a real difference from day one.
