Before, during and after the Go-Live of the new digital system, we're running online training sessions to help you understand our new ways of volunteering, and how you'll use the new digital system. We strongly recommend that all members attend one Part 1 session, and that Lead Volunteers, Team Leaders, Chairs and volunteers who'll hold Accreditations also attend one Part 2 session.
We'll monitor the registration numbers across the sessions, and will review the training timetable, such as by adding sessions where demand is higher, and reviewing other sessions if uptake is low.

Training for all members (Part 1)
In this session we'll cover in detail the new ways of volunteering and how the new digital system supports those changes. Everything from Permits, to Awards, Accreditations and how Volunteers will be able to manage their personal information. This introductory session will cover everything you will need to know to be able to start using the new digital system.

Additional Training (Part 2)
In this session we'll take a deep dive into the new ways of volunteering and how the new digital system supports these changes for Lead Volunteers, Team Leaders, Volunteers with Accreditations, and Chairs. This second session will cover everything you need to know to be able to support your teams in the new digital system.
Before attending Part 2, you should have attended a Part 1 session, so please bear that in mind when registering.
