Positive and regular reviews can create a happy and effective team – prevention is better than cure. This workshop will explore the District Lead Volunteer's role in the review process, covering formal and informal procedures, difficult conversations and how to carry out productive reviews.

There is no ‘I’ in team, as District Lead Volunteer, you manage your District Leadership Team, providing the right environment to thrive. This workshop is all about getting your team into the right place for the District to succeed. We’ll be covering team structures, recruitment, communication and line management.

Volunteers are at the forefront of everything we do, therefore the key to retention is ensuring that our volunteers have the best experience from start to finish. As District Lead Volunteer you have an important task in creating the right environment to ensure volunteers are supported at every level. This workshop will unpack the key components of how to manage this.
