The Recruitment Cycle
Volunteer recruitment should be an ongoing process, with no start or end point.
Our Volunteer Recruitment Webinars cover the six steps of the Recruitment Cycle to help you prepare, find, welcome and support new adults as they begin their volunteer journey.
In session 2, we covered 'Building connections' and 'Make the ask and manage the reply'.
