Session summary

This physical session is almost guaranteed to get everyone in your Drey moving. Burn some energy, stretch, then try out some age-appropriate yoga. This session’s fun for both adults and young people, so get everyone to give it a try and enjoy learning about the body.

Safety message

  • Always complete a register at the start of the meeting to record who is present.
  • Activities start when the first person arrives and end when the last person leaves, including leaders and their children.
  • Check the space is for hazards, keep the exits clear, and know the location of the nearest first aid kits.
