Turn your favourite teddy into an astronaut by making a teddy space helmet.
This activity is split over two sessions, session 5 and 6. In this session you will making a space helmet for Teddy.
Safety message
- Always complete a register at the start of the meeting to record who is present.
- Remember to review your risk assessment to ensure you have enough adults, which maybe more than the minimum ratio.
- Check the space is for hazards, keep the exits clear, and know the location of the nearest first aid kits.

- Scissors
- Glue sticks
- Sticky tape
- Tin foil
- Small cardboard tissue boxes (tissue boxes work well)
- Toilet roll or kitchen roll cardboard tubes
- Craft materials to decorate (such as stickers, pipe cleaners, plastic bottle tops or scrap paper)
