In this session you will learn about any local superheroes who help you when you need it and then try some first aid yourself
Safety message
- Always complete a register at the start of the meeting to record who is present.
- Always remember to risk assess and plan for free time, even if it's just the first five minutes of the meeting.
- Check the space is for hazards, keep the exits clear, and know the location of the nearest first aid kits.
- Maintain and keep medical records up to date, check for any allergies or intolerances, this way you can plan to have the right resources.
