Safety message

Always remember to risk assess and plan for free time, even if it's just the first five minutes of the meeting.
Check the space is for hazards, keep the exits clear, and know the location of the nearest first aid kits.

You may want to meet where you plan to start your exploration, to give your section more time. Make sure to inform parents and carers of any changes to drop-of and pick-up times or locations in advance.
