Get ready for an unforgettable Bank Holiday filled with sunshine, adventure and family fun at Broadstone Warren and Youlbury - Monday 31st August 2026, 10am – 4pm.
Whether you’re after hands-on crafts, active challenges, or a full day of outdoor excitement, there’s something for everyone at our Broadstone Warren Summer Fun Day. Open to all ages, families, and groups – this is your chance to enjoy the great outdoors in style.
For just £5 entry per person (under 5s go free), enjoy unlimited access to a range of exciting ‘queue and do’ activities (see programme below).

Everyone’s welcome – whether you’re a member or not! Perfect for families, friends and youth groups looking for a fun-packed day out. Uniformed groups: Please follow your usual procedures and ratios for day events.
Spaces are limited, so book in advance to secure your spot! Walk-ins are welcome, but entry is subject to availability.

Ticket prices are £5.00 for all attendees aged 5+ (Children and adults).
Included activities (see Programme tab) are suitable for all ages and additional activities are suitable for ages 5+.
The programme of activities will run from 10am - 4pm, focusing on an Summer theme and adventurous on ground and off ground site activities.
Included in the ticket price:
- Scavenger hunt – follow themed clues around the site, find them all to win a prize
- Crafting - get creative with themed arts and crafts
- Target sports - take aim with soft archery, soft tomahawks and water rockets
- Aeroball – see who can jump to win and score the most goals

Upgrade your day with extra thrills! From high-flying fun to on-the-ground challenges, our paid adventure activities offer something for the adrenaline seekers. Tokens can be purchased on the day for these activities from Reception at £2.50 per token per person per activity. Activities may include crate stacking, Leap of Faith and climbing. These activities will be confirmed nearer the time.
Broadstone Warren will be open from 9.30am
Parking is free.
All vehicles will be parked on-site - the Traffic Management team will be there to help you. Please follow signage and their directions, and most importantly, do be patient.
Vehicle registrations will be collected ahead of the event, both for security and in case the team needs to get hold of you.
If you have accessibility needs, please let the Traffic Management team know on arrival and they'll work with you to find a suitable parking space.
We have picnic areas available where you'll be able to enjoy your lunch available on the day. No stoves, BBQs, open fires etc. are permitted on site.
There will also be the following refreshments available to purchase:
Hot dogs (meat and vegetarian), candy floss, hot and cold drinks and snacks and sweets.
On arrival, please follow signage to check in.
You must check in as soon as you arrive to collect your wristbands and before starting any activities. You won't be able to access activities without your wristbands.
At check in you can also collect pre-purchased activity tokens for other activities that will be running (which are not included in the ticket price) which are crate stacking, climbing and leap of faith. Additional tokens can also be purchased on the day from Reception at £2.50 per token per person per activity.
If you have an outstanding balance on your booking, please be ready to pay by card only - cash or cheque not accepted.
Our reception will be open throughout the day for anything you need. They'll also be a Lost Child point and First Aid point.
Additional welfare and safeguarding resources are available during the event, but parents/carers/guardians/volunteers are responsible for the young people in their care.
It's really helpful to ensure that young people have the persons name who made the booking along with their mobile number so they can be located as quickly as possible if required.
Please wear your wristband throughout the event. Keep it friendly if someone asks to see yours - everyone is entitled to check.
This helps the team to identify who, and more importantly who shouldn't, be on-site.
If you lose a wristband, please make your way to the help point and this will be replaced for you.
The centre is situated on open land with a public footpath and various access points. Please remain vigilant and report anything suspicious to a member of staff.
Keep valuables at home if you can, and keep anything you do bring in-sight or on your person.
No pets, other than assistance animals, are permitted on the centre.
Smoking is not permitted in front of young people, and only in designated smoking areas.
No alcohol is permitted into the event.
Bins are located across all areas of the centre. Please help with recycling by putting dry, clean mixed recyclables into the large green bins; and any other waste in the black bins or litter bins.
Toilets will be cleaned regularly by our team, and hand soap and toilet roll is provided. Accessible toilets are available.
There are no fridges or freezers available to store food and drink.
Please be considerate of others wishes when taking photos.
No drones may be flown over the centres without express written permission from the event management team.
Most networks give good signal at our centres however there may be certain areas on the sites that do not.
The majority of the event staff are volunteers who have given up their time to ensure your visit is safe and enjoyable. There is a zero tolerance approach to any type of abuse – you will be removed from the centre and details shared with the police.
We offer a broad range of event volunteering opportunities to suit all interests, abilities and experience levels. Whether you enjoy working behind the scenes or engaging directly with participants, there's something for everyone!

If you need a hand
Scout Adventures reception will be open throughout the weekend, clearly sign-posted and marked on the map. You’ll find staff wearing Scout Adventures uniform or an event staff necker.

First Aid
First Aid will be available throughout the weekend.
Defibrillator is located in the Reception Building
The code to access these is available from the Duty Manager or the ambulance service.
In the event of an emergency
Immediately inform a member of staff. They will take appropriate action and call for help.
Follow all directions issued by staff.
All calls for emergency services should be made by the Duty Manager, except where a delay would be life-threatening.
Discovery of a fire
Activate the fire alarm or use a fire bell if present and warn people in the area.
Try to control small fires using fire buckets or an appropriate extinguisher until help arrives. Don’t put yourself at risk – if in doubt, leave it alone.
Evacuate the area immediately.
In the event of a terror attack
In the event of a terrorist attack, follow the government run, hide, tell advice.
RUN to a place of safety. This is a far better option than to surrender or negotiate. If there’s nowhere to go, then...
HIDE It’s better to hide than to confront. Remember to turn your phone to silent and turn off vibrate. Barricade yourself in if you can. Then finally and only when it is safe to do so...
TELL the police by calling 999.
Centre evacuation
In the event of a full evacuation of the centre, staff will marshal you to the chosen Assembly Point using the safest route. Follow their instructions and do not leave the centre until instructed.
