Including formal and informal procedures, support around difficult conversations and useful tools to familiarise yourself with in this area. Including role descriptions, the policy, compliance and talent management.

This workshop is for Group Scout Leaders and District Explorer Scout Commissioners and will help you create and support an effective and diverse team. We’ll be discussing the difference between managing volunteers compared to employees, flexible scouting, having effective meetings to get people on board, where to get support and how to utilise the strengths within your team.
