On this webinar, we looked in more detail about how we're transforming the volunteer experience at Scouts, and how you can make sure you're ready for change. Volunteers and staff working on the changes were on the call, on hand to answer questions. They walked through how the changes may impact things locally and what you need to do to make change go as smoothly as possible.
