Assistant UK Commissioner for People (Compliance and Transition)

Mark Bache

Mark is the Assistant UK Commissioner for People (Compliance and Transition) for the Scouts. He was originally in Scouts as a young person, then came back as a Beaver and Cub Leader when his son was young and has been involved ever since. He has also been an Assistant County Commissioner and County Commissioner, but his absolute favourite thing is taking young people on international trips. 

Outside of Scouts, he is a Chair of Governors at a secondary school in a multi academy trust. He also owns a digital printing company which sends products all around the world. 

Mark is passionate about developing inspiring leaders that are excited about the future of Scouting and have the skills and digital tools to deliver amazing opportunities for young people.
