Before joining Scouts in 2023 as Chief of Staff, Kieron had built a career in within Essex Police and then Essex Fire and Rescue Service leading their Fire Prevention and volunteering work, amongst others.
He served on the UK Board of Trustees for Scouts from 2015 to 2021, becoming Vice Chair in his final year.
He has also previously been a volunteer District Lead for Scouts.
