Sexual violence and sexual harassment
Adults in Scouting should be aware of the importance of making clear that sexual violence and sexual harassment are not acceptable, will never be tolerated and are not an inevitable part of growing up. An understanding for young people of healthy relationships, acceptable behaviour and the right of everyone to equal treatment will help ensure that they treat each other well and go on to be respectful and kind adults with healthy relationships.
Further Guidance
Further guidance about sexual harassment can be found on the Gov.uk website.
