Travelling

If you have to drive to your venue, allow for poor weather and the dark. Carry plenty of water, snacks and plan in rest breaks. Consider any emergency equipment that might be useful to have on board in case you break down or get stuck.

Make sure that drivers have sufficient rest too and if possible share driving responsibilities. Planning extra traveling time is also important.
