The indoor and outdoor parent template letters were updated on 15 July to include the guidance that any young person who has been in contact with someone with COVID-19 symptoms should not attend any face to face meetings for 2 weeks.

This document discusses ways to effectively communicate with parents, carers and young people, as circumstances regarding COVID-19 change. This section also covers parental consent for activities.

Update 10 September 2020

Updates to when consent needs to be sought from parents/ carers and advice on speaking to parents about attendance records.
